• All payments are processed securely by Paddle on behalf of Trylucid.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable VAT or taxes as required by law.
• You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the chosen subscription.
• Invoices and billing support are handled via Paddle.

7. Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime via your Paddle account or by contacting hello@trylucid.com
• Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
